1. Heat oven to 400F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

2. Cut cold butter OR coconut oil into dry mix using a fork until somewhat crumbly and lumps become pea-sized. Add milk of choice and stir until just combined; do NOT over-mix.

3. Shape dough into a disc about ½" thick and about 7" in diameter. Place on prepared cookie sheet and score into 6 wedges, cutting all the way through, but not separating.

4 tablespoons cold butter OR solid coconut oil.
