This premium black seed oil is genuinely cold-pressed from whole food sources, making it the finest available. Oil of Black Seed provides the body's cells with a rich, aromatic oil in its natural form. It is enhanced with potent antioxidative spice oils to ensure its shelf stability and prevent rancidity. Recommended Dose
Oral (Adults) Take hal teaspoon (2.5m) per day or as directed by a health Wellness-Care practitioner. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
