Ingredients
Hearts of palm, water, corn starch, nonfat dry milk, dehydrated green bell pepper, natural flavors, buttermilk, salt, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), dehydrated potato, butter, garlic powder, dehydrated jalapeno, onion powder, spices, and citric acid.

Basic Directions
Microwave:
1. Place opened bag in center of microwave.
2. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
3. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag.
Stovetop:
1 .Pour contents of bag into a large nonstick skillet.
2. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
