To make this luscious tea, licorice root, a naturally sweet and delicious ingredient that is sweeter than sugar cane, is combined with spectacular spices. Cinnamon, orange peel, star anise, and sarsaparilla, all come together with rich licorice root, to make a sweet- and spice-forward tea.
This iconic and unrepeatable recipe has been in high demand since it was first created in the 1970s, so you know you’ve got a champion. Some consider it to be a dessert tea, while others love it as a sore throat soother. And since it’s an herbal tea, it’s the perfect after-dinner bev to Wellness-Car-e yo’self with. Ingredients
Licorice root*, cinnamon, orange peel, star anise, vanilla extract, sarsaparilla, orange oil, natural cinnamon flavor, clove bud oil, cardamom oil.
Steeping Instructions
3-5 minutes at 190-209 degrees Fahrenheit.
